“I didn't get the feeling that I had already read this book. The way Giacometti & Ravenne put everything together was new and interesting.”

“The blurb for this title caught my attention. I'm a big reader of thrillers, and in particular stories of this type. Having read of the big authors: Dan Brown, James Rollins, Steve Berry, among others so it would have been easy to spot the typical stereotypes that can appear in this type of thriller. I was happily surprised to find that throughout my reading of Shadow Ritual I didn't get the feeling that I had already read this book. While the Thule, Masons, Templars, and nazis weren't new to me, the way Giacometti & Ravenne put everything together was new and interesting. I enjoyed the tension between the main characters and was satisfied with the outcome of the story. It was interesting to see the Masons portrayed in an if not positive light at least a more neutral light. I look forward to booktalking this title to my patrons." —Librarian review
