“An edge-of-your-seat thriller that keeps the reader guessing combines with a terrifying look at a world (possibly) just around the corner. While ice sheets falling into the sea creating tidal waves is something we've all heard about as a result of global warming, the threat from methane gas released from under the permafrost is unfamiliar - and frightening. The close-up look at Greenland and the dangers facing the Inuit culture are enlightening. It's especially great to see this global crisis from a standpoint different from that portrayed by the American media. The French protagonists are well fleshed out and I hope to encounter them in a future novel.“ —5-star Netgalley Review
