“I truly enjoyed this book and found it to be hard to put down.”

“Nico Sirsky has returned to work recently after nearly being killed on his last case. It is heading up to Christmas and Paris is preparing for the festive season. At first. the discovery of a message hidden in the severed head of a body donated to science is viewed as a sick joke. As facts become clearer, it turns from bad humour to a vicious murder. It is only through Sirsky's determination to look deeper at what appears to be obvious that this crime and a series of robberies are solved. I truly enjoyed this book and found it to be hard to put down. The characters are very well drawn and interesting. This is a series but this particular one is the first that I have read. I do intend to read more of them.” —5-star Netgalley review
