I. The sweepstakes is sponsored by Le French Book, Inc., c/o Le Patner and Assoc., 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, 10022; email: email@example.com.
II. The prize is one copy of each of the following: Treachery in Bordeaux, Grand Cru Heist, Nightmare in Burgundy, Deadly Tasting, Cognac Conspiracies, Mayhem in Margaux, Flambé in Armagnac, Montmartre Mysteries, Backstabbing in Beaujolais, Late Harvest Havoc .
Prints copies will be given to winners from the Unites States, the United Kingdom and Australia only. If the winner is from another location, ebook copies will be provided. No substitution or transfer of the prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Le French Book, Inc. No compensation will be given for lost, stolen, mutilated books. Prize is subject to availability.
III. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes are open to people at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, where sweepstakes are legal. THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
IV. The Sweepstakes begin on November 25, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends on December 15, 2015, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the Sweepstakes Period).
V. How to enter. Entry is possible online via the landing page form. There is a limit one (1) entry per person, per email address.
VI. Releases. Entrants authorize Le French Book to use their name in promotional material, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above.
The potential prize winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize and waives any liability or claims (including attorneys fees) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize.
VII. Use of E-mail Addresses. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to opt-in to receive e-mail communications from Le French Book. If Entrants choose to opt out of such future communications from Le French Book, they will be able to do so by following the instructions on any electronic communications sent by Le French Book. An Entrant’s choice to opt out will not affect entry in the sweepstakes.
VIII. Prize Drawing. On or about December 16, 2015, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email before or about December 20, 2015. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
IX. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email. To request the name of the winner send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
X. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in City and State of New York.
